When he first swang by the store, Dries was heading home after a lunch at the BOZAR restaurant. In all honesty, besides his activities for l’Escritoire, it seems like Dries is heading in or out of a restaurant every time we meet. You should hear him talk about wine and deli meats to understand that the guy doesn’t consider the art of the table as laughing matter.
