Back in the days, pre-mounted reading glasses were built to last. Like these Horn KM7s. Hand-polished bicolor acetate and their rivet 3-barrels hinges made in West-Germany circa 1980. You can still read on the temples that they were equipped with sph. + 5.50 mineral prescription lenses and had been originally ordered by Optiz Hetzel (Laeken, BE). Not really the kind of readers you find stacks of in gas stations and supermarkets today.
